As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth overnight operations, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining accurate financial records.Manage the front desk during overnight shifts, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiriesPerform nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts and reconciling financial transactionsProcess guest payments and maintain accurate billing recordsRespond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concernsConduct regular security rounds to ensure the safety of guests and propertyCoordinate with housekeeping on room status and manage lost and found itemsGenerate and distribute daily reports for various departmentsHandle wake-up call requests and other guest servicesAssist in training and supporting team members as neededEnsure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols
